Cat light?

Its probably the O2 sensor which is suppose to plug into the cat.

if it is AE 101 , jus pull the carpet on the driver side just below the stereo, you will find wire with socket going thru body to outside, disconnect that...

Judging by his sig, which says "α ε 8 2 Τ о у о т а Со я о І І а ƒ х - Ġ т Τ ω ϊ η с а м ", along with the pic of an FX-GT and a 16v 4AGE, as well as a 16v 4AGE as his avatar, I don't think he has an AE101. Just a hunch :)
Motorsport is like sex. You could take it to track and have a long, enjoyable session, or you could take it to the strip and get it over with in less than 20 seconds.

when i had my exhaust done on my old ae82 they just cut the sensor off and tucked the wire over the exhaust. My idle pulsed a bit for about a week but then it was sweet. a couple of months later when i had the carpet out i just unplugged the cat wire and i now use it as a weapon against my little brother.
i only ever had the cat light on when it was clogged up before being replaced.
When in doubt, down and out.
