Yup, its the timing chain tensioner.
You can just unscrew it to take it out, but its' in 2 pieces, make sure you undo the whole thing (Pretty sure its a 17mm, keeping the stopper nut in the right place to keep tension the same) then just whack a new washer/gasket in it, I just used the old washer and a bit of good ol' RTV.
