anyone know wat does this do?

it said it will adjust the air intake, would it makes the engine running too rich or too lean? some advice pls

I bet it said "Made in Taiwan"...
as I saw some when I went for travelling in Taiwan..
but I don't believe they will give u more power.. and they ain't that cheap.. it just don't make sense to me going to give u abit more hp.

Right next to the little metal tag on the inside of your pistons, that in very small writing says:

'If you can read this tag, your engine is f#@ked'

well, you been tempted to buy it didn't you?, also it look "good" and something that's DIY. easy to install and give you more hp*.
so people will want to buy such products!!

But when you think/know how and engine work etc, it will not give u much hp, but it "may" give you better trottle response!
This product will alter the vacuum in the manifold and result of that, it will alter the fuel pressure regulator too, and engine will run abit richer and "probably" will give you better trottle respone, due to factory setup is quite lean so car is realiable and better milage(less fuel being used).

the only way it can alter vacum is by making the car rev higher at idle
this will use more gas

that is logical, higher rev idle will not save fuel, i am not quite sure how this product works... it saids it will by pass the manifold butterfly close, just like when ur manifold butterfly is open as the engine just started from cold....
