yes correct this guy does know what hes talking about, obviously a decent soarer owner! :) the rest of the exhaust doest also give a large power gain but its in many componets not just one, just the headers alone are the main component that gives the best gain in power. i know ive talked to many people that have done the header mod after the other exhaust mods

....yes thats true all im saying is you do the mufflers first before doing the headers! if you leave the quite and restrictive mufflers on and put higher flowing headers on theres not going to be that much difference as you sill have the restrictive mufflers stopping the headers increase flow!

i think you need to lern abit more before you come in here shooting ya mouth off

headers arnt just about flow there about pulse timming and tuning
and to be frank i think that graph you showed is compete bulshit
i dont care if the guy who gave it to you is the pope, fact of the matter is if he dosent have good methodalagy its crap

go here http://www.lextreme.com/forums/index.php?...its a forum dedicated to 1uz's and preformance
ask some questions and perhaps you might learn somthing before you end up looking like a complete tard

ok well i know im right... you can have your own opinion.

and about the graph think what you like, i know its correct and so does the guy that made it by using statistics gathered from doing tests using a special airflow meter on each part.

ok, well i prefer a different sorce to that. Any way its about the US spec SC400 that has a slightly different exhaust system to the Jap soarer so the suff im taking about will not apply in that stuff, maybe on the headers topics but not on the mufflers and other parts as its all different.

You know what you are talking about or are you just stating you know because this other aparent 'trustworthy' source is giving you the information from his extensive testing with his bling bling equipment?

Go here http://soarercentral.com/cgi-bin/sc-forum/discus.cgi and ask them if you don't believe the people trying to help you on here. Those guys live/breath/eat/sleap Soarers all day and night long.

right..... whos car is this.

lost power well he must have done something very wrong. what piping size did he use?

i wont lose power on the soarer i own as i will do it correctly. OK i am right and know what im talking about ive seen what im going to do twice and they got great dyno runs with an eazy 10kw or so at the wheels just with the mufflers off not headers yet.

Lets just call it even and stop with this ridiculous argument.

Haha, you sound like you're one of those 13 year olds who has read NZPC and watched 2F2F enough times to know all about everything on any car ever. I love those guys.

You do realise that N/A engines do like a little backpressure dont you? I can just imagine it ending up with twin 5 inch systems and sounding like a tractor

Did you notice that no one is actually on your side?

And Vvega, hurry up and get it all going :D
