Lots and Lots of CRC and also if you can remove the radiator etc in front of it you could put the powerbar on an angle and stand on it.

This is what I would do. Normally when I can't crack a bolt I use lots of CRC and find someway to get at it with my foot. This technique has never failed me.

Yep ive removed the radiator, and have tried using the powerbar with the extension and the socket! but no success. Must have some extreme locktite on it or something. Think the rattle gun is the only option that will work.

Have you tried jamming the power bar somewhere on the chassis and flicking the starter?

Powa bar is far superiour to an impact wrench.

Just use the biggest socket set you have (you'd want bigger than half inch atleast) and the biggest f*ckoff bar you can find. Heaps of CRC as Silent Knight says.

Wow then I doubt you'll get it off with a impact wrench. Worth a try though, but youll need a pretty decent sized one to top the mightly power bar. Good luck with it.

take out a spark plug, rotate motor so that piston is at its bottom most posistion.
with a nice soft nylon type rope, stuff that into the bore.
rotate the motor till the rope is jammed.

then try and crack it.

amatures

Get a gas torch and heat the bolt till its a bit red...dont go overbord tho, be careful of whats BEHIND it too.
Then hit it with the rattle gun while its still red hot. (common method back in the day)
Dosnt work every time either, but then again nothing dose..dose it?
