Anyone have any idea which wires to short out to stop the O/D Light from flashing on and off, and/or how to get the engine check light to $$% off, Its great, my cars trying to tell me its missing a gearbox, Oh and which wires on the auto loom are for the reversing lights?
Is the speedo drive the same?
What rpm should it be doing at 100-110 cause i'm pulling just below 3, which i thought was a bit too many... oh and does anyone else find their first gear to be a joke? Eg. do i need a new dif?
Oh and what would be the $$ return on a complete auto set-up? Box is in good condition could do with a service but still changes nicely, 150km.
I think thats all the probs i'm having, no doubt i'll find more :/
On a side note - Did anyone else have to make new brackets for the tailshaft of their gearbox to sit on where it mounts to the tunnel? And i'm takeing it i'll have to smear it with plenty of oil + shit so i don't get a failed wof for changed engine mounts? And why the hell is my handbrake in the way of my reverse gear
