www.nzperformance.co.nz Do it relatively cheap, I got a couple of rolls off them and did my extractors and piping down to my first muffler. Then got another roll from a local V8 shop (similar price) and did my exhaust over my diff to my muffler.

I'll have to change my vote now as the T28 is being replaced with a TD05, new manifold and all.

Finished my exams ages ago 8) Got B+ design, B for Chemmat and Compsci and C- for Electeng

Anyway people here is the finished product 8)

Im not sure if it clears the oil filter yet, im going to use a oil filter relocator anyway but for anyone else interested in building one i'll tell you when I fit it to the car.

You should be able to build it from this, it needs x8 1 1/4 elbows long radius, x2 1 1/4 returns long radius and approx 250mm of 1 1/4 pipe. Oh and obviously the flange plate. My one has been arc welded because we couldnt find the right tig rods.

Cylinder 2 and 3 are slightly longer or shorter by about 25ml. Its been ages since I worked it out but its sfa anyway so should be sweet 8)

Whats with the colour? Did the tube come blackish?
When you getting your turbo? And are you just going to leave the 4 pipes like that then straight to the flange and then turbo?

Nice marks, i got a B for everything except psych

Nah im going to bend a reducer around the pipes to make it fit nicely. Notice the the random bit sticking up in the middle? thats to keep an even size for the pipes as is merges into one 8) Im going to fit a td04, waiting for it to arive so I can cut the flange.

I suspect it would be difficult but no impossible to fit a td05 in there, you would need to have the ex housing flange on a angle to bring the comp size lower and rotate it away from cyl 4 to clear everything.

Yeah matt I do.

Mines off the Evo3 so the its the big 16G as opposed to the small 16G and its not bad at all. It's supersmooth and feels almost like a factory turbo setup but with alot more go.

In terms of efficency you're looking at around 20psi on one of these puppies. Anything below about 10psi feels pretty average, hence my low boost setting being .9bar.

PM if ya want some more info, got so dyno plots etc if ya like, altho the tune on them is rather average.
