could not have said it better myself...literally.....mine would have been full of wierd spelling and bad typing :D

i do aprecaite wanting somethign like that
i have a st165 (GT4)with 102km on the clock :D
i have a AW11 with 120km on the clock (though its got a v8 in it now so really low km's means nothing)

and i have a camry with getting close to 300km on the clock (though thanks to 10k20v's diehard gunna make it handel right attatude it drives quite nice)

oh and im the only one in my household with a licence :S

low km cars are great but they have one problem....
they all turn into high km cars :D

i would look at buying it BUT i would get a shitter as well
so that when your doing the quick town trips and the dary and sevo trips your not chewing that valuable milage

save it for when you can take the time to apreciate what you have :D

i travel a fair distance to and from work each day (80-90 highway kms/day)
one of my workmates suggested that i get a shitter to to-and-fro from work etc, my response was Why? i mean driving to and from work are the majority of kms that i do - why have to put up driving a shitter travelling all the time?
i just use my car for everything - the caldie ends up on the farm, possum shooting, full of gears, roadtrips, daily use, minute amount of towing, carrying the kayaks around etc etc ..
i dont see the point in having a 'flash' car and a 'daily driver'
(exceptions are made for racecars/offroad/towing/thrashing the living crap out of)

Nah you'd do fine, as long as you can find somone to buy a 16 year old corolla for $6000

Ok ok, *puts down the spoon*
I love deadlines. I like the whooshing sound they make as they fly by.

differnt kettle of fish my son
your car is not a genuine low km's model that is many years old
you can when you run the km's up just go buy another one with lower km's than yours

it is unlikely that he will ever find another with such low km's
so ever km he puts on it is one more that he will never get to experiance agian....in that model

Storage costs are nil. He owns the building outright.

And he has a good eye for what might be worth something in 10 years time, hes still buying cars and tucking them away ...

It must work, he readily admits that he doesn`t have to work, only does it to fill in the days, this the main reason why he is strictly non negotiable !!!

Interesting concept there Mike. Nice for some to be able to do things like that 8)

Will definitely be keen to check this machine out if it turns up to a meet sometime. Obviously descriptions posted on various internet forums arent exactly going to do the thing justice.
