Umm, I wouldnt bother with a GT starlet turbo, they are way to small, your better off going with something slightly bigger, like a td04, thats about all I no tho

what do you call "budget"

and how much can you do ya self? honestly....

theres heaps of info around about whats needed. have a search, not just here but the whole web

cheapest option would be to buy one already done.

next prob stock engine with low boost (8-10psi) also depends on what engine u have in it now, tvis or non tvis?

its gunna cost you a few grand. maybe as cheap as 2 or over 5, depending what you can do, and what u need to pay for.

Judging from his post I'd say he's going to need to get everything done himself.

So if you are on a budget Zyros I don't think you'll be able to do it. GT Starlet turbo is a small-ish CT9 and if you were concidering teh whole motor that's a NO-NO as you'll more modification to even just get the motor in.

Easiest option if you want boost for you would probably be buying a full running 4A-GZE with loom, ecu etc and just get someone to slap that in for you.

That way you will have boost in teh way of a Supercharger and the fitting of teh motor is not that extremely hard.

you'll need to spend 1k to get a setup suitable for 4lbs, which is the max the stock ecu will fuel for unadjusted.
it will be hard getting a wastegate to operate this low, but not impossible.

it'll make about 15kw at the wheels more than stock.

t25 manifold, turbo, downpipe, oil drains and feed.
