hey, what do i have to do to get a car re-register and all that stuff, how much is it going to cost me and is it worth it?

That's a lot more hassle than mine was. I just dropped the car off fully assembled one afternoon and picked it up the following day with a WOF and the papers I needed to get it registered. Only thing I had to do beforehand was to get a wheel alignment done with a certified read out.
