Hi guys,

just a quick question

when getting air bags/adjustables cert'ed do they cert it at its lowest point or the point for daily driving ?

or

who would i need to contact (ltsa) wise for a definate answer ?

Ring your local Certifier for a reasonably definitive answer

They cert it at a point and you are supposed to keep it on that setting. If you change it you are required to get it certed again at the new height - I think, dont qute me

For airbags, the cert is for ride height. You can drop it when parked but when you start it up to move it must return to proper ride height. I believe this is done through a pressure switch setup, which most people then bypass once certed to allow them to adjust the ride on the move.
Adjustables is also for ride height, although they are pressing for a range of safe heights rather than the normal +/-5% for loaded and unloaded.

you need a switch on the hand brake so that they can only operated when the hand brake is on.... but yes, that is usually bypassed after.
