If your motor is healthy I would recomend retarding your timing to 8 degrees and possibly change your fuel filter if you haven't done it.

cue misinfo and neysayers now.

Definately free up the exhaust. 50 -75hp kit will be fine on stock ECU/pistons. Provided you dont balls up the mixture

Use a wet system, harder to balls up.

ZEX system might be around the $1000 mark?

Then setup the system to a WOT switch, ie nos turns on at full throttle 8)

Its good to see someone willing to give nitrous a go, it will more than likely eat your clutch if its a stocker.

Can't really beat it for hp/dollar 8)

I dont think you need to have nitrous certified, it doesnt increase power 20% (permanently ;) )

i read a while back that you need to install a blowback system (when excessive pressure within the bottle is released to prevent any accidents)

I went down this track last year. You wanna run a wet system as this will stop leaning out and detonation.

You wanna run four jets so each cylinder gets the same amount on gas. Upgrade your fuel system.
Retard timing.
2 3 degree colder sparkpulgs.
Wide Open Throttle switch.
Bigger exhaust
New Clutch
RPM Switch (This makes it so N2O can be armed and wont come on till a set rpm causing less stress on your engine)

I did a lot of research and found that its not a great idea in a black top as people overseas had tried it with many rods breaking and engine failure.

But hey if you have the money to do it go for it. I didnt so sold it.
