Left engine mount plate needs to be butchered, also you will need to modify gear shifter, to allow more left movement to be able to shift it into reverse. Other than that it is a "straight bolt on".

what exactly would i have to do the engine mount plate?

and how would i modify the shifter? jus cut into it?
would it be easier to get one from a ae111?

just having shifter will not help, if you are going to use AE111 shifter you will need the cables as well. Or you can modify (file litle bit so it will allow more movement). with gearbox mount plate from AE101 I had to flatten it out and drill holes in it so will be possible to use AE101 mount. The AE111 mount is completly different.

I have the cables... the sifter includes both of them :)

you can modify it, saving some $$$... I also modified, but I used handle from BZR as it allows some shorter shift. Just remove center console which covers the shifter have play with it and you will figure out what needs to be filed to get more movement.

the gearbox is pretty much same size, the diffrence is the mounting of the engine mount plate (well the BZR does not have one) I had to redrill holes in that plate to use 6speed mounting points. Also I made it so it was holding on 4 bolts instead originally 3, I used one of the shifter bolts as plate bolt.

My priority would be (if I were you):
Suspension
G-box
Mags
Lots of other mods.

more mods.
Exhaust.

Exhaust is silly mod, it only creates porblems with cops/neighbours etc. but on bog standard car has very minimal effect of increase of power (if at all).
