Wire connectors

What's the best way to connect wires? A the moment i'm using duck tape :oops: and some of those plastic connector things which seem to work but no shops seem to tell them?? What's everyone else using?

Solder the joint then shrink wrap them or electrical tape.

Or you could try this have used this method a number of times on numerous applications, never fails to give a good solid connection

Much easier as you dont have to worry about having a soildering iron laying around in possibly a cabin etc
