okay, all this info you can find yourself easily on several sites.
16v 4AGE INTAKE = 2 x 29.5mm
20v = 3 x 26.5mm
16v area = 2x pi x (29.5/2)^2
= 1367sq mm
20v area = 3 x pi x (26.5/2)^2
= 1655 sq mm
i would suggest looking for posts from Redmist about these heads, as he has flowed both types on a flow bench.. the other thing to consider is cost and availability of parts.. turboing a 16v 4age is easy, buy a 4agze, throw the super charger on trademe and ..
get custom manifolds made, bolt in a link, motec or whatever fuel/spark solution you decide on( you can keep the 4agze computer if boost is low enough), intercooler etc.. Cert if you want it roadlegal..
Turboing a 20v = all the above bits, plus pistons ($900) at least, rods are recommended if you use a blacktop motor, the quad throttles may cause you a few problems too.
Its far from impossible, but the 4agze is built for boost so is a much easier motor to do this to.
sit down, figure out your budget for all the parts and machining, and the hours you think you will need to do it then triple it.
there are a few on here that have gone down this path.. talk to them before you start your own project, they can let you know some of the pitfalls.
