4agze fuel pressure?

ok
im running a rising rate fuel press reg
i wont to no
A) what would be the correct fuel pressure for these things
" i am running 11/12 psi. at the mo i think i may have it to high i.e round abouts 35psi to about 40 at idol i cant remember
i think this may be to high :oops:

and
B) can some1 please tell me the advantages to having one on your engine?

standard 4age is about 38psi - 42psi I think.

They increase rail pressure at a given boost level. It means more fuel flow through the injectors so you can up your boost a little and keep the a/f ratio correct to prevent a lean condition. Cheap way to keep the a/f right without going to a link etc etc.

3 bar 45 psi + if u wana run more boost, but u need to upgrade the pump after 3 bar.
