JUN flywheel Sale

Postby Fortyone.co.nz » Sat May 13, 2006 11:55 am

Morning everyone,

How about a JUN flywheel deal? JUN's flywheel's weigh in between 4.0kg and 8kg depending on the application (more likely around 4 or 5kg). Light weight flywheels have many benefits - reducing rotating mass so that the engine doesn't have to use as much of its own power to turn the critter, reducing overall car mass which improves handling, acceleration and fuel economy, and looks good on your car's CV when it comes time to sell Razz

We'll do them for NZ$595 - maybe a little more depending on application (please ask for confirmation). This is a huge saving on current prices, even with the NZ$ doing so poorly.

There's one catch - it's a 4 week delivery.

We are going to bring in some to hold in stock, so if you want one just let me know!

Last day - it'd be fair to say that with the current exhange rate being under 68 that this kind of offer won't be around for a while now.

From our line up - I don't believe so. A popular brand these days would be Fidanza - or Exedy might make a flywheel (perhaps not lightened). I'll take a peek for you

Looking for one to suit a 7A, (5A maybe the same),

Not sure on clutch size they run,
but I will need one to take a 212mm 20V clutch.?

You'd need to be sure of which will suit. JUN make them to bolt straight onto OEM items - so if you know a 20V plate will fit (OEM for OEM swap) then the JUN item will suit. Either that or try and email me a specifications diagram - mac@fortyone.co.nz

We've had some flywheels from JUN shoe-horned into some strange applications =]

Yeah I know it's oddball and not OEM,
but was not sure if they were OEM spec or if you had acess to custom made ones.

Yeah it's a pricey risk to 'guess' if a JUN will suit or not - best to get custom =] Good luck!
