Toyota MR2 SW2O Turbo Engine Bay.

in ref to the item of interest in the red circle i have found out that this is my temp guage sensor for the factory temp guage. now i want to install an aftermarket water temp guage with Degrees Celcius. now if i unbolted that sensor out, will water start pissing out? if so how can i sztop that from happening so i can install the aftermarket guage. was thinking of electrical than mechanical.

also circled in yellow, is that where the thermostat is positioned.

lastly , wats that circled in blue? cheers. below is a slightly better pic.

First off, NOTHING carrying oil is that big! Secondly, unless you're running an oil cooler or turbo, there are no oil lines leaving the engine, even then they're not that big, and thirdly, that ain't circled in blue :P
Motorsport is like sex. You could take it to track and have a long, enjoyable session, or you could take it to the strip and get it over with in less than 20 seconds.

The one in blue is just another temp sensor, for the ECU this time (I have no friggin idea why they want 2).

Yes (rusty) water will piss out.

most kits that i've seen comes in a form of a water pipe that you put inbetween the radiator rubber pipes.

GLHF.
No "stance", no "hellaflush", none of that bullshit. Nothing but no grip on full boost.
