my first piece of advice is turn off ya caps.

2nd:

you can only use your block, head and crank
you need new rods and pistons

mate, not sure if you realise how much its ging to cost to turbo your car, its not as simple as whacking a turbo on
it costs literally thousands... (ie ~$5000+)

depends how long you want it to last
ECU
rods
pistons
cert
wiring
intake manifold (stock is no good)
injectors
bov
fueling - pumps lines etc
wastegate

and as you said
turbo
exhaust manifold
intercooler
i/c piping

most people use GZE block/crank/pistons/rods etc, smallport non-tvis manifolds,

use the blacktop head
you will need all the stuff santa has said +

stronger valve springs for the BT head
a plenum to suit the thorttle bodies with an adapter plate
A ecu that can handle the quads . ie autronic ($2k+)
