Spray a bit of carb clean over the manifolds where they bolt to the head. If it goes normal theres a leak there.

Carb clean is carb clean, its available from any car parts place. Basically you need to check if there is an intake leak, maybe listen for any hissing noises around that area.

one of the bolts at the bottem on themanifolds wont go in proply i think the thred is $&#$%
but iv put it back the way i was and now it will only idle if i give it gass or choke
when its revs get low it just stalls(at revs higher then it normy stalls at)
its almost like its running on 2 syilenders except its not(i cheaked)

Did you use a new gasket? sounds like its got a pretty meaty air leak. Check the points too, they can sometimes slip and go miles off where they're meant to be.

Yup, its called Maniseal. Take off your manifolds, put a bit of that on the gasket faces and torque them back up. Ought to seal it up good

Just wedge a bolt in there, one of my one stripped and I just jammed the bastard in place til I could get a helicoil done.
