why are you putting a silvertop in??
are you going to turbo it??

my friend changed his ae111 4afe to 4age blacktop, i don't think the loom required much modification... silvertop could be much different though...

it would be easyer just to plug it all in & know its going to go there not much work involved if you conect it all up while the motor is out any way & then its just feed it thro a grommet in to the ECU & plug it up & maby change dash plugs
The faster you go the quicker you get there

No, just use the silvertop loom. It isnt that hard to re-wire dash plugs for 4age ecu.

BIG PIECE OF FREE ADVICE!
If you can find a blacktop 20v motor and loom it will just plug in and work - no shagging around! AE111 blacktop replacing ae111 4afe real easy. (make sure it matches you transmission i.e. auto to auto or manual to manual)

If it was AE101 20v replacing AE101 4afe pretty easy, I've done it just one jumper wire needed to get the fuel pump working correctly with the AFM.

But - AE101 20v into AE111 4afe - don't think anyone here has done it yet. You will have to shag around with the wiring. Not impossible but expensive if you have to get someone to do it for you!

I used to think that the orange and green tictacs gave you special powers. The orange ones would make you stronger and the green ones would make you faster. So i used to eat some green ones and run around my lounge as fast as i could, then eat the orange ones and try to pick up the sofa. I wish it were true!
