replacing rear drum breaks on ae92 wagon

hey guys how the hell do i get the drums off on my wagon??? the shoes need replacing hard out
any help would be sweet

iff there the same as EE90 should be the came off with a little tap from mister convinceing stick :twisted:

also rembour you need to let you hand break off 1st
The faster you go the quicker you get there

there is a 6 or 8mm threads on the drum in same area as studs, just screw couple of bolts in (after you let the handbrake off).
There is sometimes problem with removing the drum because there is too much wear and it pads are dugg in the drum. To fix that you have to screw in the handbrake adjuster ratchet with screw driver (accessible through hole in the drum again next to studs)

managed to do one of em the other is fully stuck on!
ya rekon i could put those bolts u mentioned in those holes an use them lit a panell puller kind stlye or would it warp the drum ???

have you tried some hammer/CRC persuasion?
I doubt it will warp drum if you use some sort of puller using those holes.

just remove the drums with a massive hammer and get some disc breaks :twisted:
