Why dont they put it in the supplementary regulations that the results of the times of saturday will stand as a result for the event if rained out on the sunday?,at least you`d get a result for what is obviously an expensive event to run and will get everybody going for it and not sandbagging/foxing for sundays event.

Because of fairness - even though everyone finished their second run on the Saturday, this year could mean everyone could finish their second run and half could finish their third run.. or only 50% could finish their second run, however, at the end of the day a result can only be called if thats what the MSNZ approved Regulations state - and thats a full 2 days racing. And thats what I'm hoping for

Nah,
That will give you bogus results as you would have had someone like me who used the first run to learn where the track goes,
would get beaten by the guy who ran his mums corona at the event for the last 8 years.
Sure it may happen that way and you will be able to get a result,
but you might as well just post up the running order as the results list,
or draw the resluts from a hat as they will have nothing to do with who is the fastest..
