it's really easy, usually there are 2 o-rings, 1 behind the waterpump on the block and another where the water pipe goes to the outlet of the water pump, You'll have to strip the cam covers off and probably take the cambelt off to get to the seal behind the waterpump where it sits in the block. just unbolt the waterpump and take the old seal out, fit new one and reassemble it. The pipe o-ring shouldn't be too hard either, just unbolt the pipe bracket if it's bolted to the block and replace that too.
