If its retaining the hooks under the bonnet then that should still stop the bonnet from going through the windscreen.

i am saying dont do it. For the WOW factor of a flipping forward bonnet there is way too much fabricating to be done. Will be expensive and for what? ...just my thoughts

i reckon itll take more than a days work!!

if youv checked it out and itll be legal, then go for it
and show us the pics 8)

never hurts to ask the authorities about legalities, theres a few weird things out there that may not be as legal as you think

Skylines do, so acts the same way as the BMW bracket, hooks into the guard and doesnt go through the window.

But you can weld hooks and cut holes in the guard/ engine bay for that if you dont

They already have em, at least mine does.
