Do it! Another hot one is the F20C out of an S2000. Pretty much a north/south K20A, and it's been transplanted into lots of things, AE86, KP starlets etc.

Not quite a b16a as it has 85mm pistons, b16a has 81mm. That one there is most likey a sleeved b16a

He only said it had stock crank, not stock displacement. Most built motors have a bit of deviation from the stock displacement, though yeah thats a bit of an increase.

Lol at gecko feeling the need to defend his fellow nzhondas mod (bwdown) even though bwdown not only "told" the wrong person off but also started the whole unneeded which engine is best argument again.

I think there are a lot of positives to discussion like this. I am always intruiged when it comes to high hp NA builds, no matter which manufacturer. My personal favourite is some of the k20/k24's being built over in the USA

These brand-X vs brand-Y arguments never reach any conclusions, blind brand loyalty always wins out. :twisted:

In reality any properly designed NA engine of the same capacity will ultimately reach the same HP/Litre output. The only differences between brands would be more in the area of reliability and cost to get to that ultimate HP/L output. So saying one engine is better than another, based soley on stock or slightly modified power output, only covers a very small fraction of what makes for a superior engine.

I would suggest that those who wish to continue the debate just get down to what the really want to prove, and drop trou, get the micrometer out and start measuring :P

Now could we please get back on topic and provide some details of high HP Honda engines. ;)
