turboing a 1JZGE?

had anyone had any experience in turboing a N/A 1JZ?? how do they go? whats involved?

im asking as iv decided to sell ma GZ10 to pay back a couple of debts (after 5k adjustables etc) and im thinking of importing either a JZZ30 or a JZX90 both manual and just turboing the stock engine for a bit.
Iv got a complete 1jzgte loom and comp and a night parts flywheel, one of marks adapter plates a auto belhousing ect sitting in the garage or would it be better buying a turbo auto one and converting it to manual? as manual turbos are a whole bunch more expensive.

As far as I'm aware there is no N/A JZZ30 Soarer

There are the JZZ31's but they run the 2JZ-GE as opposed to the 1JZ

I was running a 1jz na with turbo, made 210hp atw 11psi. ended up with detonation damage from donuts- oops

You cant use the 1jzgte loom on a 1jzge

you are better off starting with a 1jzgte anyday unless you budget is under $500

yeah i figured the looms are diff seeing Dizzy and coil packs etc.
as for loom not at the mo, still gotta decide what im gonna do.
