*1st option is a low km 7a block and smallport redtop head/loom/ecu with gtz gearbox (prob prefer non-lsd).
*2nd option is a complete blacktop transplant, with 5spd box.
I'd prefer the first option because it will still look like an ae92 under the hood, and because the gtz box is geared a bit taller (sick of 3500rpm@100ks).
Will either swap be anything but "plug and play" ? Assuming im getting all the gear that comes with either engine (complete loom, accessory shit like alt, p/s etc).
Also, is there any issue running a powersteering rack/pinion with no power assistance? ...i'd like to keep the powersteer stuff and aircon off the new engine. Or will i have to find a compatible non-powersteer rack to fit this car?
