Custom sway bar ??????

when running a 4age carb'd do pple usually change the dizzy to one with vaccum advance? or just use the OEM one?

Several options, you can mod a 4k one or 626 or many others.
Best option is to keep the efi!
If you must put carbs on then leave the factory Dizzy and all sensors/wiring ecu and the computer will control your advance. (you don't need all the sensors but if you just leave then all there you can return it to EFI)

Try NZ Spring works(formerly Jaguar Springs) in Lower Hutt. A swaybar is only an unwound spring anyway.
They might not be able to fit a swaybar in their kiln though. Try them anyway they might know who can do it.

Im about to make my own. bought spring steel from Brown & Cope. bend it to shape. Flaten the ends for rose links. then get it hardened.

steel 17mm 2 meters $55.00
to harden it cost $30.00

heat and bend with a pipe i reckon i only just got the steel. haven't started bending yet.

Ill just follow the shape of the original bar
