What throttle body and what TPS are you using? If it's a 4AGE throttle body and 4AGZE TPS, it might be different anlge on the arm that controls it.

Just a guess, might need to confirm.

If you are using a gze ecu you will need a gze tps. To fit the gze tps to the na throttle body you need to swap the armatures that rotate the tps as well.
It might be going backwards if you didn't do this.

* I now remember the main reason I swapped them around is because the plugs were different, so the na tps would probably work anyway.

Easiest way to set the tps is with the whole throttle body off the car.

i've never used a gze tps on the n/a throttle body when going to turbo, i just used the tps that originally fits to the n/a throttle body and its always been fine.

Do you have the tps wired correctly? Sounds like you may be grounding the vcc (sometimes just called vc) wire on accident.

Likewise with bazda 4agze ecu should take na tps fine, speaking from my old car.

Yes. I've got a Smallport throttle, Redtop Bigport throttle and a good ol' Bluey throttle, all complete with TPS and in running motors.
I did have a 4AGZE throttle with TPS as well, but I'd have to have a hunt to see if I've still got it.

Which one do you want to try?

The Bluetop one is on my Daily runner, so would be a wee bit of a pain. The other two are not going anywhere in a hurry.

Gimme a text if you want to come and grab it.
