the problem of airflow to a intercooler in a mr2 requires thinking out of the box.
shame that guy is parting his car, been on tardme for a while complete with no success

in a targa style race car i can't see it being an issue. bit dubious for a street car though.

water-air is the way for mr2's.

me niehter but dman that looks cool mite do that if i get a mr2 but wih smaller cooler

Haha yeah I've been watching the auctions too - looks like he's parting it because he crashed it about a week ago :s looked really cool too...

A mate had a similar set up on his AW11 4agte. Was the most effective method of getting cool air however his cooler was mounted verticaly behind the rear window.

Personally I'd go for boot mounted and duct air to it from below/sides....
