i havent looked at a 20v in forever, but do they have that earth lead with a plug in the middle running from the head to the body by the cambelt covers? and if they do, did you plug it back in / reattach it properly?
Simon85MR220v wrote:Be careful timing up the 20v. On one of the pulleys - I'm sure its the exhaust - there are two marks and it's easy to get the exhaust wrong. You need to look down the oil filler hole to make sure the inlet is right - there's a dimple that you should be able to see when the crank is at TDC. It lines up with the flat plate that comes halfway across the filler hole. You'll see what I mean when you have a look.
