When changing discs, (i am running ae111 discs on an ae101) does it matter if the centre hole isnt the exact same size? the ae111 disc appears to have a 1mm larger centre bore (resulting in a half mm gap around the centre "spigot").
With the wheel bolted on will this be an issue or should it be fine?
Second question,
My ae92 fxgt brake prop valve looks to have the same brake fittings on it as the one in my ae100 wagon, when converting my rears to discs could i get away with using the fxgt prop valve?
Third question,
is the front suspension knuckle the same between the ae101 and ae92 (has anyone compared them?)

really the disc should be spigotted to the hub.

the Pvalve on your wagon will probably have more bias towards the back than an FXGT one, if it has the same fittings why not use the AE100 one?

It will be an issue, ask Neo. Its not that hard to get the right size disc is it. The superstrut Ae101s have different size holes vs non superstrut 54 vs 55mm but the non superstrut ae101 is the same disc as the non superstrut ae111.

yeah mate get the right ones picture what happens when it spins an you hit the pedal, it will have movemnt that will affect your braking

what im doing is converting the rear to discs, so im wondering if using the prop valve from the disc equiped ae92 fxgt would work on my ae100 wagon...?

The comparrison i made was sitting the disc backwards over top of the rear disc i already have,
The front discs that i have in my collection are a pair of twin-pot ae111 discs, i'm guessing these are superstrut discs??
The rears i have are a full hub, knuckle disc and caliper off an ae101 gtz with abs, did the abs only come out on the superstrut model???
Will the abs ae101 gtz have a different spigot size to the non abs model?
My front setup (not on the car yet consists of a st185 single pot caliper and the aforementioned ae111 twinpot disc, this all mocks up perfectly on the spare ae92 front hub i have, just when i compare it to the ae101 rear disc it has a minor different in spigot diameter.

Hmmm not sure about that.
Drum brakes need less pressure than disk brakes to drum proportional valve will give less pressure to rear brakes.
I vote to use the fxgt one - more pressure with disk conversion to give a better balance to your braking.

I noticed the opposite when I did a reshell AE82 FXGT into AE81. I used the drum brake proportioning valve and found the rears locked up before the front... changed the valve over and haven't had that problem since.

they might need less pressure but the rears will be expected to do more braking on the back of a wagon than on a hatch. either way if you have both you can swap em round till you find one you like, sounds like hatch valve might be the go anyway with above post in mind.
