best tool/way to machine out internal gate?

ok so im getting real bad boost creep as the port is tiny on my td05 20g
what have u guys done to enlarge them ?

ive bored a few out, milling is the best way to do it,
can die grind them with a carbide burr but it takes forever

have recently also setup an external wastegate on the actual turbine housing, machined in just below the exhaust inlet and set it up there, works really well

this is a similar pic i found on mmc to what ive just done on an evo

i dont no if you can get them for a td05 flange but this could be an idea??

yeh im thinking myt see if mates mill is up and running

yeh i looked into that but would be a bit to tight

yeh prblem with them if i could find a td05 1 would be the turbo my be to low

meh his millers been shifted and got no power now, so hes just going to weld my external into the manifold

oooh, so you can do that? thats what we are thinking about doin with the 7m and gt3582R
