a cheep set up that works well is those subaru water/air intercoolers.
you can pick up a cooler, pump, lines and rad from pick a part for about $100.
as its in the engine bay the overall piping length is allot shorter so less money needs to be spent on steel/stainless/alloy bends and expencive silicone hose joiners and hose clamps.
make the piping once pice as much as possible to keep the number or joiners and hose clamps down. use steel if your on tight a budget and paint it.
these intercoolers work well if set up right, perfict for a daily driven car as in traffic the air temps are constant. and done exceed 30-35deg c on most set ups i have seen. if your after big hp then get the inlet and outlet moddifye for more flow and you away laughing.
daily: ep71 turbo s 2et 90hp atw 15.5sec 0-400m (stock) current 5efhte + ct9b on 6psi, 13.7@158km , torque steer??
nothing sounds like a 2stroke engine on the rev limiter
