It more or less bolts up. You have to make a something for the wg actuator for mount to and clock the comp housing around to suit(or get the st165 machined to fit the comp wheel). But you use the same manifold. ST185s might be different, as the manifold has the turbo sitting in a different position compared to an st165 due to different I/C sizes.
