And I have no problem with Cops using discretion, used to be that way, and I got more warnings than tickets.
More often than not, people who get done, deserve it. And yes, I'm well aware of the fact that there are cops out there who target people, but that's what the PCA is for (But it's so much easier to whine like a bitch on the internet about how hard done by you are, and not pay fines than to actually do something about it)
