How often did you check your pressures?
And what size tyre, what pressure did you run?
How many rotations in that time?

25k is low, but i would guess that you didn't take the best care of them to be so low

I can confirm that last set of GSD3 lost grip at ~30k (that was about 3mm of thread left), I run mine at 275kpa (yes I know that is highish but that is the pressure where fuel economy, grip, and steering response balance). I rotate wheels every service (5k), and usually I can wear out them very evenly (I also do wheel alignment every tyre change). The lost grip issue it seems because that compound got a lot harder, and stop being "sticky". This did not happen on German GSD3s, I could get out over 40ks on them.

I set all tyres 45 profile and below at 40 psi, and even a little higher once you get to 35 profile (44psi), so i'd say you are running them pretty much at the perfect pressure.

To me 25k's is low and there must be a reason for it.
