It's good to finally see some jappers doing something a bit different and using decent gearboxes. Very impressed with the video.
What rear end gears are you running?

At the moment we are running 3.7 stock lsd, but i think i am starting to have a problem with mine with the clutches starting to slip that why i was getting slower of the line last sunday,

Yeah not really - Staging the starting and shifting are significantly more tricky than you would think.

Yeah we are still running the stock LSD which I think is nearing the end of it's life. Got a couple of plans to try and beef it up or will be looking at fitting a bigger rear end in there.
