Hole to run my amp power cable through the fire wall that is

anyone found an easy spot to run it through on an ae101 corolla/sprinter?

usually find one of those rubber bungs etc to feed it in , but havent been able to find a suitable one as of yet the i can reach with ease.

my son needed attention so i left it and though i should ask on here first befoe trying again .

once again any ideas would be awesome.

When I had sounds in my Levin I ran it through the passengers side guard, above the stone cover and in through the firewall with some other wires. Could be worth taking the covers out of the guard and seeing if there's an easy way through.

Yeah, probably going to be a mission to go thru the firewall.

Better to follow the existing loom and go out through the inner guard.

you should be able to go through the standard engine wiring loom bung, down behind the fan unit :)

the thought crossed my mind heheh

i found the one that goes through the passengers side guard , there was another wire that was connected to the battery already going through that lead to nowhere.

i removed that so probably will take that stone guard off tomorrow and have a closer look.

will tidy up the random wiring that i found aswell and might removed the air purifier if i have time.

cheers for the info guys

It was a long time ago now, but I ran mine through the A/C bung. From memory passanger side, towards the bottom. Real easy to get it through.

do this, also do not run it under the outside guard as that can be a bit dodge.
