Seatbelt jamming after removal.

seat belts worked fine prior to removal and now, 6 weeks later they wont pull out? all of them are like that. does it need to be fitted or something but i dont see why

They probably need to be at the installed angle to work.

either that or you've screwed them by letting them retract too far. both are common complaints from people who know nothing about seatbelts

If they've retracted too far, you can get them out again by putting them on the right angle and 'jiggling' the belt. I've managed to get a few jammed ones out this way. Takes about 45mins of aggravation though.

Pretty much all seat beats are only designed to work on one angle. Put it flat up against something and slowly spin it while pulling on the belt, it shouldn't be hard to get out...

What kind of car, generally drivers belts are either 9090 or 8090.
Those are the two angles required for the belt to work.
