Repco, BNT, your engine reconditioner, Toyota...?

Repco or BNT likely the best price options

But do check Toyota, I used them for most of my 4agze rebuild and they were way cheaper than BNT, Repco etc not to mention better quality.

Talking about how comprehensive things like the engine gasket kit was for the price, also the gaskets themselves.

Can't say I can compare things like bearing/rings etc, but I did get Toyota ones because they were cheaper.

According to the K series guru, TGP headgaskets are pretty much the only way to go, along with the 7K manifold gaskets. Aftermarket rings and bearings are more than adequate.

The 7K gaskets are full steel items which is why they're recommended, and were only something like $17 last time I got one. Never really had any issues with any of the other aftermarket stuff

Yeah I've never used TGP stuff tbh, had no issues. Only issues I've seen with the ACL manifold gaskets is them blowing out due to Coby extractors having a different flange thickness to the intake.
