Yeah it's a resin based product so think of it like fibreglass resin fumes.

Isocyanates too if i recall correctly. Be carefull.
And wash it off your skin immediately if you get any on. Otherwise its there untill it wears off. Which is a long time.

I think you have to have a lot of exposure to it over a long time to have problems with isocyanates..... unless you are spraying it :?

Either way, ANY exposure is a bad thing. Yep long term exposure will be worse. Was just saying to not use it in an enclosed area. Ventilation ftw.

little bit off topic but once yourve treated an area with rust kill, if you had a pin hole or two can you just mig straight over top of it?? or do you need to do all your welding prior to treating?

I have used a tergo product called Rust Killer. Works well.

Try more coats if you have small pin holes. I have never welded next to it to know what it does with heat but i'd paint it last. You could always add a bit of filler between coats.
