blocking up dizzy hole on blacktop head

iv put up a picture of what im talking about, this is a RWD 7agte with a 20v blacktop head, i hhave very minimal romo between the back of the head and firewall so im wondering if i can just put i plug of somesort in this as im running coil packs

Its pretty slim once you take off all the guts.

As Bazda says, just take the cap and rotor etc out and its the perfect plug.

i presume you're using the 7afe crank angle sensor?

yeah iv got one of bazdas caps but im thinking its still gonna hit the firewall so im just exploring other options incase it does when it comes to mounting the engine

Fit a missing tooth wheel to crank pulley with reluctor pickup sensor and you're away laughing. Sub $200 for both from Link IIRC

you'l obliviously need to mount a sensor (vr) as well.
will depend on what ecu and ignition / injection setup your going to run. if you will get away with a single missing tooth trigger wheel like those. will do dizzy, wasted spark, but not coil on plug from memory. i could be wrong here, probably best to talk to link if thats what your going to run

Correct, you cannot do coil on plug properly without a cam signal,
as there is no way for the ECU to tell the difference between compression and exhaust stroke.
