Need an adaptor plate made

My cam angle sensor inserts fine, but the bolt holes wont line up thanks to manifold runners.. so I need a plate made. Anyone work at a fab shop, or alternatively, can make me something for a box of beers? Just needs two 12mm holes for bolts, and one 35mm hole for the CAS shaft. Can provide cardboard template.

North Shore Plate Cutters? Send them a file or template then just tap if needed?
