BZG|Bling wrote:What does the manufacturer say for that particular tyre?
Someone doing a cert has a guide from the cert manual and what the tyre manufacturer says the tyre is designed to fit. How can they cert if it it doesn't comply with either of those? Not having a go, just looking at it from the certifiers point of view.
The joys of setting a car up that doesn't meet the current cert rules aye, never going to be an easy fight.

Not if your entire career and life revolved around certifying - and you can earn twice as much with half the issues by going over the ditch, or wherever he ended up going. Are you shocked that there was 1 person that left the country for better money and better job opportunities? Don't read this then....

Who said anything about queensland? Is that where the certifier went? Do you know the guy?
BZG|Bling wrote:Well let us know the details then if you know them? Where did he go? Did he leave because of the rules here or because the grass is greener in general over there?
Unless he genuinely left for the sole reason he didn't like the rules, then it is you having the laugh.
Not that ANY of this side track has anything to do with the thread..... but go on, enlighten us with what we clearly don't know.
