With the new tire stretch rules, they've said must be within XYZ parameters unless the tire manufacturer says it's alright to fit outside of these specifications.
A similar provision here would be nice... Would cut out the flat peaker stancetards from running 195 linglongs on a 9" rim with 10 degrees camber, but would allow camber where it's actually useful instead of aesthetics.

Its used in drifting so the is minimal tyre wall movment ( helps with stability while the car is sideways)
But with the majority of cars on the road with stretched tyres is so you can have wide wheels and lower the car with minimal rubbing.
