I re-drill discs all the time with my Wilwood conversions.
Never had any issues. For me drilling is pretty quick via a CNC and milling cutter.
I would rather drill than to slot the holes.
Using a drill would take 10x longer!

Haha, na I had a few other things for him to do as well, but just told him I would take them somewhere else.
If I'd have known how much hassle and $$$ this brake conversion was going to be I would have just bought a kit off you
