spot lights. gay or not?

Are spots on a works replica gay or not? I cant decide. What do you all think. (They are not properly secured or aligned yet)

Fit what you want. It is your car, don't build something because of what someone else thinks.

However don't be one of those wankers that drives around when it's getting dark with only their fogs on.

Would look better with four lights along the top/ between the headlights.

Would look cool with some CIBIE covers.

Also not sure how a car becomes gay, they have no penises?

Would something like this be better, with a wider lower set?

Are the headlights not useful? Do you wish to set yourself apart from other drivers on the road somehow? Do you see fog where there is none? Same applies for park lights, side lights, forward positioning lamps, whatever you want to call them. People switch them on in low light situations. Why not just turn the head lights on? Are they trying to save power?

I prefer the look of the mk3 supra without its lights up. And when I don't need lights to see, rather helps me be seen by others, I prefer to keep my main headlights off until I need them.

Why does it make you so grumpy? Lol

I have to admit that I keep thinking about quad lighting the front of my AE92 club car.

Though I'd have to fit two main beam, and two fogs, to keep it legal

Legally you are only allowed to use your fog lights in fog and bad weather conditions like very heavy rain.

On another note, now DRLs have to switch off with headlights AND fog lights. It used to be headlights only.

To the OP, I didn't think it was legal to run more than 2 fog lights on the front. They would look better with the bottom set spaced further apart though.

I reckon it looks good - especially if you space the bottom two out

my 2c:
- Don't block airflow to the radiator

- Make sure you adjust them so they don't blind people. They're 99% for show so I'd definitely err on the side of having them dipped. Accidentally highbeaming someone with the lazy, yellow old highbeams is no biggeee - highbeaming someone with these Mother $&#$% could actually cause an accident

^This.
There is a $150 fine for using them when they're not required, think it has to be under 100m visibility.
Personally it's more the Euro cars with fog lights on that annoy me because of the extremely bright single rear fog light they have, which I'm convinced most drivers of said euros don't even know exists.

But I digress. If you're going for a rally style look, spotlights can look awesome, I guess it's just up to you if you want to fit something you can't use in most situations.

There are legalities around distance from corner to innermost lights. Found it once a long time ago, but can't remember where. Might be something to check before you secure them permanently.
