My mum bought a RunX a few months ago with the 1NZFE that has now done 50000km. Time to do an oil change, have got an TGP oil filter but not sure on what the recommended grade oil is?
Any reccommendations on grade or brand would be awesome

From memory 10w30 is the recommend grade for them. Any decent quality oil will be fine, you tend not to get shit 10w oils

I was thinking either 5W or 10W-30 would be what to go for. Some red stamp would be great then?
I'll have a look at a Castrol/Valvoline 10w-30. I use Valvoline Engine Armour 15w-40 in pretty much everything these days with no issues.

5W30 is the one I use, perfectly fine for NZ.

At ~3.5l a change, 10000km between changes, that's about 585000km worth of oil
